  12. You are correct that HK does/did make an MP-5 in a 10mm
  13. chambering. However the design was made well after the May 19, 1986
  14. machine gun law change which forbids private ownership of
  15. newly made automatic weapons. Hence, because the guns are
  16. made "post-86" they are transferrable only to police, government,
  17. and class III machine gun dealers as sales samples only.
