- That's the best bet. Leather, especially if it's not been polished
- and coated with mink oil or the like, tends to do this sort of thing. It
- can be taken care of by keeping the holster in a non-humid environment and
- polishing it. Use shoe polish, buff it with a clean cloth and later with
- a nylon stocking if you want it to really shine, and then coat with mink
- oil once a month or so. Holster leather is no different than shoe leather
- in most regards, so the same stuff works.
