- When radials first came out, they were noted for having a different ride
- quality from bias tires. I believe that they transmitted more of the
- road surface roughness and gave a harsher ride. There were even some car
- makers that advertised that they had a "Radial Tuned Suspension."

- The differences in suspension were most likely in the shock absorbers.
- I'd just go ahead and put on radials. You'll like the difference.
