  23. Look in the phone book government section under consumer protection. 
  24.  You will be amazed how soon things start to happen.  Also look in  
  25. your owners manuael.  Get the address for the zone office for ford. 
  26.  Send them a letter just like what ya wrote here.  I bet you don't  
  27. have to contact consumer protection, but if you are totaly pissed 
  28. off consumer protection should work just fine.
