  20.   This shouldn't be the case w/ a new car - but you never know.  My
  21. girlfriend's '86 Tempo was doing something like this and it was
  22. just a clogged up fuel filter.  This was with 88,000 mi on it - but
  23. if you got a batch of bad gas you could have gummed up the filter.
