- Hi,
-
- I have a question about rotating Michelin tires. On my last alignment,
- the mechanic told me that I needed to rotate the tires to fix the problem
- of my car drifting to the left. (Rotating the tires did indeed fix the
- problem). Here is the question -
-
- Is it best to rotate tires diagonally or just swap the front to back (ie.
- mount the tire on the same side as before) ?
-
- By the way, the tire is Michelin MXL 175-70-R13. The tires have not
- been abused and have about 1/2 life left. I am surprised that the problem
- occured in the first place. Any explanations as to why ?
-
- Thanks,
-
