  25. BZZT!  The Audi 5000 introduced the specific shape later copied by the 
  26. Taurus!  The Citroen DS19 introduced aerodynamics to modern sedans in 1955!
  27. The DS was developed in a wind tunnel owned by Citroen (the first company to use one -
  28. they had done this with the Traction Avant in 1932-4 as well).

  30. The drag coeficient of the DS was 0.32 some 30 years before the 5000/Taurus hit the 
  31. streets!   The taurus brought the shape to the masses here in N. America only, but the
  32. DS was sold all over the world for almost 20 years when it was replaced by the
  33. even more slippery CX in 1974.

  36. film as a taxi and as a regular car of the future).
