  17. That didn't appear in the magazine itself, but in the first printing of
  18. _National Lampoon Encyclopedia of Humor_, circa 1973.  And it was VW,
  19. not the Kennedy family, that made them pull it.

  21. My favorite ads were the 1-inch, single column ads King Midget used to
  22. run in the back pages of Popular Mechanics, etc....
