  19. I personally preferred the 300ZX commercial where they start off with something
  20. like "Wouldn't it be great" if I drove to Europe and cruised the Autobahn.
  21. They show the 300ZX flying down the road, coming up on a Porshe, flashing the
  22. lights, the Porsche moves into the right lane, and the 300ZX flying past the
  23. German road machine.  Then it ends with the car driving to the end of the
  24. pier and a voice saying "Too bad I can't drive across the Atlantic" or
  25. something like that.

  27. In the goofy vein I liked the Joe Isuzu ad where he fires a bullet at target
  28. a mile or something away, then goofs around for awhile, jumps in his car,
  29. zooms past the bullet the camera is following in flight, jumps out of the
  30. car, holds up a target in front of face, and finally catching the bullet in
  31. his teeth.  I can't remember what he said or what car he was driving, but
  32. the sheer absurdity of this add made Isuzu stick in my mind.  Which may have
  33. been all they were trying to do anyway since I think they weren't too well
  34. known at the time.
