  12. It's ironic that, while one thread is arguing whether the Audi 5000 or Ford
  13. Taurus was the first popular car with aerodynamic styling, another thread is
  14. debating the aesthetics of Citroens.

  16. As some of us I'm sure know, Citroen has been in the business of making
  17. aerodynamic cars for longer than most of us have been alive.  Whether or not
  18. Citroen was influential to the Audi 5000 or the (yecch) Taurus is another
  19. matter; however, neither the Taurus nor the 5000 broke any new ground aero-
  20. dynamically, except in sales.
