- Hi Kim,
- Well, Saturn dealers have very little incentive to lower their
- prices at the moment, as most dealers have very few cars on the lot
- because they sell them at list price as fast as they come in. The
- wagons are back-ordered for months, due both to their high popularity and
- the fact that Saturn was rejecting many of the roofs (supplied by an
- outside company I believe) because their fit wasn't quite up to
- standards. When the cars are not selling like hotcakes, I believe you'll
- begin to see some bargaining off the sticker prices.
- I'm told that Saturn dealers often give you a slightly better
- deal on a trading-in than most other dealers will. If you go in to
- buy one, you can also probably convince them to give you some useful
- accessories (like the neat Saturn floormats or the center armrest/holder
- or the trunk cargo net) for free/greatly reduced. I got them to throw
- in the armrest for free when I bought my SL1.

- P.S. Haggling over car prices is not something I personally miss!
