- Hello all.
- I don't know if this is the right group for this question or not. If there
- is a better forum please let me know.
-
- I have just bought a used postal jeep (read right-hand drive)
-
- Like most of them you see on the road, it has several layers of paint
- of unknown heritage (the last of which appears to have been applied with a
- nail file). Also it appears that the decals are still in place.
-
- My objective is not to make this a showroom classic but just to put a decent
- looking paint job on it. Any suggestions as to my options? (Short of a decent
- burial). I initially thought of sanding it down but it is pretty rugged
- looking. I also have thought of stripping it with chemical strippers or heat.
-
- Please E-mail any info. to me at:
- in%"tsander@uoft02.utoledo.edu"
- or
- in%"tsanders@maine.cse.utoledo.edu"
- Thanks
