  24. It sounds like you have the a VCR with HIFI but does not have an MTS decoder.
  25. You need to pull a stereo signal off of either your TV or another VCR which
  26. does have and MTS decoder. You will have to run the VCR in simulcast mode
  27. to catch the audio signal off of the MTS source.
