  11. Hi,

  13. I am considering soon buying an audio-system to be integrated with
  14. a LD Player, VCR and TV. A full home system. However, I also listen
  15. to a lot of music seperately also, in addition to enjoying theater
  16. effects when watching movies.

  18. I am not tone completely tone deaf, but am definitely not as good
  19. as some at picking up errors in recordings, between different 
  20. mediums. What are some recommendations as to how to start building
  21. an audio system that can be merged with a video setup (laser disc,
  22. tv, vcr), which may have s-video or optical in outs.

  24. What components do I start with, I may not (definitely don't) have
  25. the money to buy everything at once, but would like to start adding
  26. pieces. Or should I wait and buy like a complete system? What are good 
  27. brands to buy?
