- This seems like something that might have merit. However, I haven't seen
- any ad copy touting the excellence of some transport's compliance with
- SP/DIF standards. The usually talk is of 'stability' and 'torque' and
- 'positive disc clamping' -- stuff used to justify bloated price tags for
- something that could be achieved at much lower prices (as long as no one
- badly screws up the engineering).
