  22. This example has nothing to do with what we are talking about.  We are
  23. not talking about government provided health care (doctors working for
  24. the government, hospitals owned by the government, etc) we are talking
  25. about having one insurance provider (logically the state or federal
  26. government) paying the bills.  Quite different from how the VA works.

  28. For anyone confused by the difference or not understanding how the health
  29. care system works in Canada, I would be happy to send you a copy of
  30. the article I wrote about a panel discussion that took place last May
  31. where this was all explained.
