- Still looking for a place to live. We got f*ck*d over
- by a landlord over the weekend who gave another realtor a lease
- *after* we had oput $$$ down on it. (7 rooms in Cambridge, pristine
- condition, $900), so we're starting over again. (Can you spell bias?
- Thought you could...)

- Two professionals and computer need a place in North/West
- Cambridge, North/West Somervile, East Arlington (Alewife area)
- [i.e. within a healthy walk to the Red Line]
-
- Move-in date: 2/15
- Price-range: under $900, firm, $800-$850 preferred
- Size: 2.5-3.0 bedrooms, 6 rooms
- usable kitchen (i.e. we both cook), w/ fridge
- dining room
- living room
- bedroom
- bedroom
- study/computer/library
- NO OPEN FLOOR PLANS
- laundry hookups preferred
-
- older construction preferred: hardwood floors over W/WC, preserved
- woodwork over 'modernized' painting or removal
- preferably a Philly style (ie. on two floors, 2nd/3rd would be best)
- QUIET!
-
- parking for 2 cars (reliable street parking is fine)
-
- Any of the following would be neat: dishwasher, fireplace,
- attic/basement storage, disposal, W/D.
-
-
- We really need to wrap this up in 10 days, or else we're stuck
- in Woburn for another 6 months.
