- Well, what IS your question... there's no way I can tell whether or
- not I am qualified to answer it unless you somehow specify what it is
- that you want to know.
-
- Furthermore, I want to say that I feel sorry for you if you really
- feel that "free advice is what it is worth" (meaning "is worth what it
- costs" ??). I have a friend who is like this about some other things
- besides advice -- I have seen him find the same exact article
- (manufacterer (sp?) and all!) in two different clothing stores, and
- return to the store where it cost 2x as much in order to buy it there.
- As I said, I feel sorry for anyone who views the world as being such
- an evil place aaas to require an attitude like this. In my own
- experience, I have found that there are a great number of people who
- have very good advice to offer and who are still willing to give it
- away for free (even professionals... really!). Furthermore, I have
- found that the net has more than its share of such noble persons (I'm
- not mentioning any names... you know who you are). But if you don't
- see it this way, that's OK with me -- I'm willing to let you pay me.
- (Assuming that, once you say what it is that you want to know, I know
- something about it. Otherwise, I'll keep my mouth shut.)
