  19.   A couple of years ago I spoke with the developer of a major
  20. bulletin board system and he advised me that keeping customers
  21. satisfied is the name of the game and they want graphics. Now old
  22. Don Barrett tells us about Telix. Say, I think something might be
  23. happening hear.

  25.   I think it may be time to form a national organization that would
  26. issue report cards on accessible and non-accessible software. Seems
  27. like the issue is not fully treated by groups who have a broad
  28. spectrum of interests or who have to attend to baseline issues
  29. before ever getting to information access.
