  19. Hi there. Thank you for your interesting message.  I know a lot of
  20. learning disabled people who have been in the mainstream (public
  21. school.) While they say that it is difficult, they are all very
  22. happy to be there. When you went to school, was it a boarding
  23. school, where you could only see your family, perhaps, on weekends?
  24. Would you not say that it would have been better for you to be in a
  25. special class in a regular school, so that you could have a mixture
  26. of ld and non-ld friends?
