I read the whole manual and memorized the buttons (more or less,
<grin.> The problem is that some buttons change function and that
function is determined by another button which prints the currently
active functions on the screen.  One can memory the sequence of
function changes, but you can't avoid changing things you don't
want changed in getting to the one you do want to change.
Furthermore, the buttons print what they have done on the little
screen and pop back to there original position.  This means you
can't run a hand over the thing to see which are pushed in.  Those
which have an immediate effect on the sound are easy to check.
some others, however, have effects that take time to discern.

How can I maintain my megalomania and keep this reminder of my
limitations around?  <grin>
