  19. some people simply hve mental block on learning sign languge. i know
  20. people who refuse to learn finger-spelling because thecomputer is
  21. available to me so they say "why bother?" i encourage it because
  22. personakly i'd rathersee them use what they feel relaxed using than be
  23. forced to learn something for which they have nouse.  i have many
  24. communication devices--tellatouch, apmle iie computer, versabraille,
  25. telebraille. so they have no excuse. i myself dont know enough signs to
  26. be comfortable--just finger-spelling. besides i can speak. i'm
  27. deaf-blind but still i don't use all methods of the deaf because i was
  28. raised orally.
