  21. Silent Talk echomail is now running on my BBS in Ottawa, Ontario!
  22. ViddiBBS at 1:163/255.  The sysop (me) is "profoundly" hearing impaired,
  23. and is graduating from high school this year.  I use my modem and my
  24. TDD to call through relay services, and use a CC decoder with TV.
