  11. I know I've been harping on the subject of computers and ems, looking
  12. for info. so please bare with me, I may have a solution.

  14. A good friend of mine is a professional programmer (me, I'm just an
  15. amatuer), and he has agreed to develop some software for me with my
  16. help.
  17.  
  18. I have one problem...what to put on the data base.
  19.  
  20. Things I have come up with so far:
  21. Name,address,phone,pager, etc.
  22. Unit Number
  23. Date Joined,
  24. Date Terminated
  25. Equipment Issued
  26. CPR,EMT,etc. numbers, and expiration dates (includes all types of certs)
  27. Office's currently held.
  28. Notes of Merit or demerit (We are a VAC, ie. commendations or
  29. suspesnions).
  30. DOB
  31. Driver License Number (Insurance Purposes)
  32.  
  33. Can anyone else think of stuff to add?  Or other uses, other then
  34. billing, payroll, and rig maintenance.
