- the spokes of the wheel light up; it's a warning light. In use, the lights
- are steadily lit, and the wheel spins quite fast, giving the efffect of a

- Not as far as I know. At times, the President has units reserved for him;
- at the pre-Inaugural fuss Sunday, we had a DC Fire BLS _and_ an ALS unit
- there as the President's units. I don't know why he needs both at once...
- Those units were not availale to transport other patients, and since they
- were in a secure area, there wasn't a problem with the general public
- wandering up to them. Congress has access to the White House physician's
- services, I believe, as well as access to military medical care, if they so
- desire.
