- An 888, by Mars, is an oscillating single warning light which most people
- simply call a 'Mars' light. The unit in question which has three lights
- mounted on a rotor is called a Buckeye 'Roto-Ray'. We finally stopped using
- our last one when we replaced our rescue truck recently (it is a pedestal-mount
- unit and we couldn't figure a way to mount it that would clear the tilt cab).
