  22.     No, Paul's right!  At least in my case.  I got a letter from
  23. PCH, saying how I've achieved Finalist status by being a good little
  24. boy and sending in my forms.  The thing is, though, that due to an
  25. unfavorable comparison between my expected winnings and the value of
  26. my time spent plastering the entry stub with foul-tasting sticky bits,
  27. I stopped sending my blank no-magazines-thank-you entries at least
  28. three years ago.  If anyone's ever been dropped from a PCH propaganda
  29. blitz, it hasn't been me.
