  24. The thing about causing brain cancer is not so much using a cellular phone
  25. as it is where the antenna is located. There is much advice indicating that
  26. in the use of a handy-talkie Ham radio and portable CB radios, the antenna
  27. should be as far away from the head as possible, since if is from the
  28. antenna that the RF emanates. It would seem that use of a portable cellular
  29. phone would be more dangerous than the use of a mobile cellular with its
  30. antenna mounted on the rear window.
