  21. When there was serious talk about getting rid of the tolls on the Garden
  22. State Parkway, a few of the legislators who were around at the time
  23. the road was authorized (about 37 years ago) remembered that there was
  24. talk about removing the tolls once the bonds were all paid off, but
  25. it never was part of the law.
