- That's a good point. Arbitration is an alternative, but the lawyers I know
- would rather sue their deliquent clients. Suing them, smearing their
- credit history, and destroying their personal lives is more gratifying,
- especially when your dealing with some deadbeat who doesn't respond to
- past-due notices, and won't even pay the undisputed part of a bill.
