  22. I had been hearing about the Premier plan for a while.  I called them and
  23. asked them if I could have the lower rate.  She put me on hold for about
  24. 30 seconds while she "reviewed my account" then gave me the lower rate.

  26. So if you don't get the rate automatically, it couldn't hurt to call them
  27. and ask for it.  It appears, from people I've talked to, that they don't
  28. give it out automatically.  But maybe they just started the big rollout.
