  16. They have the ONLY statewide network of ATM machines which does not 
  17. require that you access them thru a network and pay a fee.  They
  18. seem to realize this is their big draw, and do not charge a fee
  19. (assuming a certain minimum balance) to use their own ATM's.  Of
  20. course, their fee ($1.75) to use another bank's ATM is right up
  21. their on the high side of the spectrum.
