  23. Technology Federal Credit Union gives you 5 free network-ATM
  24. transactions per month, plus all the traffic you can put through
  25. their own machines.

  29. When I last checked a year ago, there was a Fidelity Savings that was
  30. doing this, but I don't know if they're in Northern California too.  If
  31. you have a Discover Card, their savers' account has no ATM charges, 
  32. though it might be just a little more difficult to find an ATM that's
  33. on the Discover network.  BUT, this is a money market account, so you are
  34. limited to 3 checks per month.
