- When I last checked a year ago, there was a Fidelity Savings that was
- doing this, but I don't know if they're in Northern California too. If
- you have a Discover Card, their savers' account has no ATM charges,
- though it might be just a little more difficult to find an ATM that's
- on the Discover network. BUT, this is a money market account, so you are
- limited to 3 checks per month.
