- I've got to ask--what harassment? Your tenants are violating the
- CC&Rs. Regardless of any other violations you might see in the complex,
- the homeowner's association is well within its rights to ask you/your
- tenants to get rid of the dog.

- HOAs will often overlook CC&R violations that no one cares about, like
- the fact that there are cats running free. My guess is that the chained
- dog is barking at night and keeping people from sleeping. Is that true?
