- Tell your friend to take a *very close look* at the application form.
- There are statements about not admitting to having accidents/tickets, etc.

- "Forgetting" them is a misdemeanor/felony in some states and to put it
- very bluntly: "Are you planning on riding with him/her at anytime?" If
- you are, then be prepared to have big bucks if you get hurt in an accident.
