- I've been getting their coffee for 3 years now. While expensive, it is
- excellent. The offer you got is the standard "new person" offer. The
- coffee maker is very nice, and usable.
-
- I have found customer service to be excellent. They handle problems
- quickly and efficiently, and ahve more than once given me things. Case
- in point: I bought a 12-cup Melitta coffee maker from them for $69. They
- accidentally sent me the 4-cup version you'll be getting. When I
- called, they told me to simply keep it as it would be too much bother
- to send it back. Then, when I got the 12-cup, I discovered that it
- needed expensive water filters. They offerred to replace the machine
- with a new one, but the only problem was they didn't have any in
- stock. So, they sent me a three month *free* supply of water filters.
- ($40 value)
-
- Thus, I got free filters, and a free coffee maker. In addition, they
- paid for return postage for the 12-cup when they got the replacement
- in.
-
- Now that's what I call service!
