  16.  A friend of mine owns a home in Breland's Autumn Ridge
  17.  development...it's a little on the small side, but he was satisfied
  18.  with the construction. I'd advise staying away from Autumn Ridge, as
  19.  the proposed Southern Bypass is supposed to cut pretty close to that
  20.  development, and to get to the development on the main road, you have
  21.  to pass thru another subdivision of older, less well kept homes...we
  22.  looked into buying a home there, and Autumn Ridge has all kinds of
  23.  restrictions on what you can have in your front yard, the size of any
  24.  buildings, etc., and all that seems kinda stupid when your neighbors in
  25.  the older subdivision have the skeleton of a car on their front
  26.  lawn...back in 1988, the Breland salesman told us that they were
  27.  planning on building another road to have access to the Parkway without
  28.  going thru the older subdivision...I don't know if that's completed.
