  16. believe that.  I didn't before, but the article about Cutler convinces me.
  17. He's got the experience to write a good OS, and he's got the
  18. proper motivation: he thinks he was screwed by someone and wants to get
  19. back at them, and writing a very good OS is the way to do that.

  21. Add that to Microsoft's size and marketing clout (More than half of all
  22. software sold last year in the US was from Microsoft, and Microsoft is
  23. now worth more money than IBM), and it's time to get depressed.
