  33. This message is to announce the release of c++-mode.el version 2.261
  34. for GNU emacs and derivatives (Epoch, Lucid emacs).  This version
  35. should replace all previous versions, including the last public
  36. release 2.195.  Differences between 2.195 and 2.261 are briefly
  37. outlined below. c++-mode.el can be used to edit C++, K&R C, and ANSI C
  38. code.

  40. As usual, I'm not posting the lisp file since it should be pretty easy
  41. for just about everyone to get it via anonymous ftp or mail-server.
  42. 2.261 should be available soon on the elisp archive, but you can also
  43. aftp it from ftp.cme.nist.gov:pub/gnu/c++-mode.el.Z. For those of you
  44. without aftp, send the following message to library@cme.nist.gov:

  48. Be sure that you include a valid reply path. When you receive the
  49. response, you need to remove the mail headers and other cruft,
  50. uudecode, then uncompress.  For more information about the
