  10. We are trying to change the hostnames and IP addresses of a number of DMS
  11. clients running Ultrix 4.3.
  12.  
  13. From the FAQ (and experience) we know how to change a client's IP address.
  14.  
  15. But how do we change it's hostname so that DMS refers to it by that name
  16. also? (I would prefer not to build a new client and then modify all it's
  17. configuration files...) Can we simply rename the /dlclient0/client.root
  18. directory and edit some magic DMS files?
  19. Can anyone suggest a recipe we should follow?
