- I have seen this behavior also on a VAX with 4.2 and 5000/240 with 4.2a.
- The machines are not acting loaded, so I have assumed that it
- was some sort of stuck counter. However, I have not seen it
- fix itself. Any idea what might be done to increase the chance of
- this value getting reset by other than a reboot?
