- The only thing i can say about it: NEVER BUY UHC UNIX !!!!
-
- It's not a technical problem, it's a problem of their service (or what they
- call service). Just to give you one example (out of a lot of bad experiences),
- i ordered last october an upgrade to V 4.0.3.6. The upgrade arrived fine
- and very fast. But the second boot disk of the WD7000 boot disks were
- wrong (identical with the first one). Meanwhile i send 12 fax messages to their
- "support team", but go no answer until today! So their upgrade lies around
- waiting to be installed, but can not be installed, because of the lack of
- the second boot disk.
- This is not the only story about UHC i have to tell. The other of the same
- qualitiy :-(
- Now i am waiting for Solaris and Univel becomming available and will then
- make a decision to buy a new system.
