  18. xlC is working ok if your LOCALE environment is En_US. The system the
  19. customer was working on was switched to the german language environment.
  20.  
  21. If you are working with the xlC compiler in a different LOCALE than En_US
  22. call the IBM defect support team to open a PMR (you need your IBM customer
  23. number for this). Please reference your problem to APAR IX31639. The
  24. patch will be send to you.
