- We're having a problem which I am wondering if it is normal...after
- rebooting the system (a model 530 on 16meg Token ring, AIX 3.2.0) or after
- stopping and restarting inetd, the system will connect but not present the
- login prompt to incoming telnet and ftp sessions. I believe other TCP/IP
- connections are on hold as well. Ping to and from the machine works and
- telneting from the machine works. The condition lasts maybe 10 to 15 minutes
- then the systems starts giving the login prompts and works normally. Is this
- normal behavior? If not what might be causing it? Thanks for any tips!
