  11. I need to print on nonstandard sized paper (6.25 by 9 inches).  I load this  
  12. paper into my NeXT printer, use the page layout panel to set the page width and  
  13. height to these values, and then print.  The resulting output is not placed  
  14. properly on the page.  I have tried this using Edit and FrameMaker with no  
  15. success.  Does anybody know how to print correctly on nonstandard sized paper?
