- At ftp.ulowell.edu under msdos/Games/Misc I have found nspace13.zip
- which is a space game where up to 8 players can be networked together
- to play at the same time, against each other, in an outerspace shoot-em-up
- duel, over an ethernet connection. This looks like an awesome game,
- although I haven't been able to get it to work for my particular
- ethernet card (my config.tel file for NCSA Telnet says the hardware=packet,
- which is the most general and least reliable connection for the game.)
-
- My question is, Has anyone seen any other games which can network people
- together to play at the same time? I'm looking for something that works
- over ethernet connections, hopefully something 'arcade style' (ie, no
- text adventures) and definitely no MUD's.
-
- Any suggestions will be appreciated.
