  20. In a similar vein, my IDE controller had the serial port connector
  21. backward.  I learned this after I sent it back and figured it out for
  22. myself.

  24. In addition, my original keyboard worked sporatically.  It would skip
  25. keypresses, double or triple keypresses, and sometimes just beep.  A
  26. replacement did the same thing.  A totally different model worked fine.
