  14. after opening a original IBM AT that I received a while
  15. ago I found a card that I would like to know more about
  16. but of course I never received the manuals with the
  17. computer.

  19. The card is a full length AT card that drives the
  20. floppy and the harddisks. It is marked AT-2000 and
  21. has no others names on it. It has a number of jumpers
  22. (about 9 I think). Can anybody tell me what this is, and
  23. more important what the jumper settings mean, I need to hook
  24. the harddrives up to another controller (RLL instead of
  25. MFM) but can not get the system to boot if I just disconnect
  26. the harddrives from the current controller.
  27. Is one of the jumpers for turning drive B: off as shadow of
  28. A: ???

  30. Another question is: Is there a magic key to press during
  31. boot time on a genuine IBM AT (8 Mhz / 512 KB) to get some
  32. sort of installation menu?

  34. Last: Is there a backup'ed clock on the motherboard, if so
  35. I found the battery that goes with it but is dead, does
  36. anyone know the properties of this battery????
