  15. I've got a 66MHz 486 with VESA LB, Orchid Fahrenheit VLB 1MB display
  16. card, UltraStor 34F LB SCSI adapter in a CONTAQ motherboard with UMC
  17. chipset.

  19. My problem is that in windows in the accelerated modes if I make
  20. a window over about half the screen height, when I move it I get
  21. vertical lines left from the window outline as it is being dragged.
  22. Occasionally I also get a small rectangle picked up by the mouse
  23. cursor which then moves with the mouse cursor for a while and then
  24. disappears.

  26. My first thought was that it was a driver problem but after a few calls
  27. to Orchid, they claim the problem is with the mother board chipset and
  28. that UMC is working on it.

  30. While not overly suspicious, I'd like to hear from other people with
  31. this video card. Can you run in all modes, particularly 1024x768x256
  32. and not have the above problem?

  34. Incidently, the people at Orchid have been quite helpful and the card
  35. is very fast.
