- They really aren't proprietary. They have adapted the SCSI-2 spec.
- alternate-1 50-pin mini D. The Alternate-2 type (50-pin centronics)
- is just too big to fit on the end of a card. Check other vendors
- (they are made by Amp.) the prices are just about equal.
- The Mac/Apple version (25-pin Dshell) IS NOT SCSI COMPLIANT!!
- They share ground wires, not a good idea!
